What data we collect and how
If you make an enquiry, we collect the data you submit to allow us to respond to your enquiry. We also identifying information such as your IP address to assist with security and fraud prevention.
If you make a purchase, we collect any personal information which you enter to allow us to complete the transaction. We do not store details of your payment method or process payments, this is completed by our payment provider ‘Stripe’ (see below). We also collect information about your IP address and estimated location for security and fraud prevention.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you submit an enquiry, any information sent will be retained so that we can respond to your enquiry and maintain a record for future reference.
If you make a purchase or donation, the personal information you enter will be retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with our legal requirements and to allow us to complete your transaction. We do not store or process payments. This is performed by our payment provider, Stripe (see above).
